We decided to visit Mostar because it was on the way and since we both hadn’t been yet we figured to stay for a week and get to know the city. Prior to visiting I read about an annual street art festival that has now been around for over 6 years. Being a lover of street art I was curious to see Mostar’s street art and to my surprise, there is street art on almost every corner – on bullet hole ridden ruins and renovated constructions.
I really loved Belgrade’s vegan street art and find Mostar’s street art absolutely incredible. For the best street art make sure to check out Šantić street and the sniper tower.
