This post is about my favorite vegan restaurants in Da Nang! I spent a little over 48 beautiful hours in Da Nang and loved every minute of it. While I didn’t go to a whole bunch of places, the places that I did go to were absolutely incredible.
Quán Chay Giác Ngộ
Let’s start with one of my favorite vegan restaunts in Da Nang! Giac Ngo is a small vegan eatery that’s run by a lovely woman. I loved the food so much and went there every single day. There isn’t a menu and so you simply have to point at what you want. There’s usually a buffet and one noodle dish. The noodles were the best ones I had while in Vietnam.
At the buffet, you’ll find a great variety of vegetable dishes and mock meats. When you order the buffet she simply gives you a plate filled to the brim with food. There are usually way more vegetables than mock meats which I absolutely loved! The best part? The buffet is only 15,000 VND.

On Happy Cow, it looked like a regular low-key eatery and when my man and I got there we were in for a surprise. It’s an absolutely stunning little vegan restaurant! They have heaps of plants, wooden chairs and tables and free tea on every table. It truly is a beautiful place to have food at. I ordered Cao Lau for 20,000 VND and loved it. If you are looking to eat at a cute little restaurant, then this is your place.
